Job summary

HGC Industries, a global gasket and seal manufacturer, seeks a Quality Manager to lead the quality team and advance systems to IATF 16949 and ISO 14001. You will drive process improvements, coordinate audits, and develop staff to meet ambitious quality goals.

The role emphasizes internal/external audits, supplier collaboration, and robust measurement practices to ensure top-quality products and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or a technical field or 10+ years in Quality Engineering
• 3+ years supervision experience
• 3+ years automotive experience
• Certified Quality Engineer or IATF/ISO14000 auditor preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a quality system compliant with IATF16949 and ISO14001
• Lead APQP/DFMEA/PFMEA and related quality activities
• Develop product improvement and cost-saving initiatives
• Support audits and customer quality initiatives
• Coach and develop a high-performing quality team
