Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. seeks a Quality Management professional to own and optimize the company-wide QMS, driving adherence to IATF 16949 and AIAG core tools across facilities and supporting audits and certification efforts.

You will lead quality improvement initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with leadership to sustain compliance and continuous improvement. Travel to manufacturing sites and customers is expected up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience working in quality systems.
• Manufacturing experience, automotive preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and AIAG core tools.

Responsabilités

• Owns and maintains the company QMS.
• Ensures company-wide adherence to IATF 16949 and other standards.
• Leads internal and external audits, including certification, surveillance, customer, and second-party audits.
• Documents and monitors QMS performance metrics and reports results to leadership.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives and promotes a culture of quality and compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including projects of varying scope.
