Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering in manufacturing.
• Experience with IATF 16949-certified environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AIAG Core Tools documentation (FMEA, CP, APQP).
• Coordinate PPAP submissions and customer validations.
• Analyze data to prepare Cpk and capability reports.
• Lead APQP activities and cross-functional development efforts.
• Support root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
