Job summary

Compu Dynamics Modular (CDM) seeks a Quality Manager to build, implement, and maintain the QMS, ensuring products, processes, suppliers, and field activities meet customer, regulatory, and company requirements. This hands-on leader spans fabrication, audits, design reviews, and field issues with hyperscale customers, reporting to the VP/GM and maintaining objective quality oversight.

The role partners with Engineering to ensure manufacturability, supports Design for Manufacturability, and drives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Tech, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in quality management; 5+ years in manufacturing environments.
• Experience implementing ISO 9001 systems; supplier quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS; lead ISO 9001 certification and surveillance audits.
• Lead internal audit program, CAPA, and quality KPI reporting to leadership.
• Define CTQ characteristics, inspection/test requirements from engineering specs.
• Review ECOs for quality impact and support root cause investigations.
• Lead cross-functional teams on field quality, supplier quality, and manufacturing quality.
