Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee the quality framework for data center integration projects. You will establish robust QMS aligned with ISO 9001, drive reliability, uptime, and performance across programs, and ensure documentation and traceability.

This on-site role in Conesville, OH requires 5+ years in quality management within critical infrastructure or industrial automation, knowledge of Uptime Institute tiers, and collaboration with suppliers and clients to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or quality-related field.
• 5+ years in quality management within system integration or data centers.
• Experience with Tier standards (Uptime Institute) and N+1 / 2N redundancy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a QMS for data center projects, aligned with ISO 9001.
• Audit readiness and customer compliance reviews.
• Lead quality planning for design reviews, inspections, and validation.
• Oversee site commissioning, FATs/IFATs, and testing of systems.
• Ensure documentation, traceability, and KPI tracking for quality.
