The ideal candidate will monitor equipment, diagnose faults, calibrate systems, and maintain records while contributing to continuous improvement in a collaborative environment. Applicants should have relevant mechanical experience and good English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 2+ years of mechanical or technical experience preferred.
• Forklift, cranes and industrial vehicles experience preferred.
• Must be able to use hand tools ranging from common hand and power tools to fabrication tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking basic English.

Responsibilities

• Use technician computer to monitor and record machine statuses and maintain daily records of maintenance or other projects performed.
• Diagnose faults, malfunctions, and mechanical problems using blueprints or repair manuals.
• Calibrate or adjust machinery to ensure quality production.
• Test, troubleshoot and adjust manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Other items as directed by management.
