Newell Brands in Winchester, VA, is seeking a Manager of Product Quality Assurance/Control to lead the Quality function at the site. This role is accountable for the site's Quality Management System, driving product conformance, regulatory and customer compliance, and continuous improvement across manufacturing, warehouse, and lab operations.

You will develop the quality team, set annual goals, manage audits, CAPAs, PPAPs, and supplier quality, and partner with Operations, Engineering, R&D, and

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years quality leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading direct reports in a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or equivalent, audits and corrective actions.
• Experience with PPAP, control plans, PFMEA and MSA.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site QA and QC activities for manufacturing, warehouse, lab, and product release.
• Develop annual quality goals, KPIs, and improvement plans with leadership.
• Maintain the Quality Management System and ensure document control.
• Drive regulatory, customer, and internal quality compliance and audits.
• Lead CAPA, root-cause analysis and supplier quality improvements.
• Monitor quality KPIs and partner with Operations, Eng, R&D, Supply Chain.
