Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a dedicated technician to ensure GMP and food safety across warehouse and production areas. The role focuses on quality analysis, batch documentation, and adherence to customer specifications while supporting continuous improvement and compliant production.

You will perform analytical tests, maintain lab cleanliness, and communicate findings to leadership, with emphasis on safety and accurate reporting in a fast-paced beverage environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs, and PPE in warehouse or production areas.
• Follow food quality and safety standards per corporate/customer/governing bodies (e.g., SQF).
• Ensure products meet customer specifications per SAP and analyze raw materials, finished batches, and treated water.
• Perform chemical and physical analysis on processing materials and determine acceptability.
• Audit finished products for packaging integrity and standards compliance.
• Investigate out-of-spec conditions and recommend corrective actions with documentation.
• Enter data and confirm batches in SAP.
• Check process control parameters and ensure equipment is properly operated and maintained.
• Conduct BBSO audits and communicate findings to employees.
• Send professional emails for effective cross-level communication.
• Generate Process Orders (COR1) and print batch sheets in emergencies with manager approval.
• Stop production if food safety is questionable and alert management.
• Maintain accurate test records and complete required reports in a timely manner.
• Perform analytical tests to qualify ingredient batches for production.
• Carry out production line checks at specified intervals and ensure accurate test results via calibrated lab equipment.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and report any out-of-spec results to leadership.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Demonstrate Tier I skills with limited supervision.
