Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a Quality Business Systems Specialist based in Buffalo, NY. This role involves coordinating key business systems, conducting internal audits, and supporting compliance and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• 3 years in quality systems, internal audit, or manufacturing administration.
• 7 years in quality systems, internal audit, or manufacturing administration with an Associate's degree.
• Preferred auditor certification such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or AS9100.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits and track corrective actions to closure.
• Facilitate MRB and CARB meetings, manage changes.
• Monitor nonconformance reports and assist in KPI tracking/reporting.

Skills

Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards

Internal audit experience

Ability to drive items to completion

Strong communication skills

Detail-oriented

Education

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or related discipline

Associate's degree in Quality Management or related discipline
