Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology, or a similar discipline.
• 7+ years of quality experience in an AS9100 (or similar) regulated manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QC team, establishing priorities aligned with business needs.
• Drive a culture of quality and adherence to the quality management system (QMS).
• Develop, maintain, and enforce QC procedures, inspection plans, sampling plans, and inspection methods.
• Manage First Article Inspection (AS9102) processes and documentation; ensure FAI completeness and repeatability.
• Ensure calibration and measurement system control (MSA/Gage R&R) and oversee inspection equipment (CMM, optical systems, micrometers).
• Monitor, report, and govern key quality metrics and drive improvement projects.
• Lead complex root cause analyses and verify effectiveness of corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinate customer and regulatory audits; ensure AS9100 compliance.
