Job summary

Watlow is seeking an Engineering Manager – Quality in Saint Louis, MO or Columbia, MO to lead enterprise quality systems and drive improvement across sites. You will guide the Quality Leadership Team and work with internal/external customers to ensure Watlow quality standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven decision making, and implementing Industry 4.0 initiatives in medical, nuclear, semiconductor, and other industries.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or bachelor’s with related experience required.
• Expertise in APQP, PPAP, CRAMS, POR, and Copy Exact methodologies.
• Strong data management skills using Excel, SharePoint and SQL Server databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead team development and coaching of New Product Development Quality Engineers.
• Subject matter expert for quality skills such as APQP, PPAP, Copy Exact, POR and complex quality tools.
• Formulates or assists in formulating and implementing quality control policies and procedures.
• Focuses on improving products or processes across sites by researching new and existing systems.
