Job summary

This role coordinates across Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure documents and records are accurate, controlled, and compliant with ISO 9001 requirements. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with document control, audits, and quality-system metrics, and can drive continuous improvement of processes and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience in quality systems, quality engineering, manufacturing quality, document control, or equivalent.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems and audits.
• Experience with controlled documentation, engineering changes, and quality records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with requirements.
• Manage engineering and manufacturing documentation, procedures, work instructions, forms, and records.
• Administer document control processes: review, approval, release, revision, archiving.
• Support internal/external ISO 9001 audits and audit evidence collection.
• Manage revision control and engineering changes; update manufacturing docs accordingly.
• Maintain calibration records and support equipment metrology documentation.
• Provide guidance on document control and QMS requirements across functions.
