Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Quality Management professional to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across the QMS. Based onsite in Maryland Heights, MO, you will lead audits, maintain document controls, and coach teams in quality processes.

The role requires a BS degree with 5 years in QMS or an equivalent combination. A strong knowledge of ISO standards and CAPA practices is preferred. Competitive salary and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years in QMS or regulated environment, or 8 years in QMS with a high school diploma.
• Experience working in quality management systems and regulatory contexts.

Responsibilities

• Managing various elements of the QMS to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance to relevant regulations and standards.
• Create and support QMS document control and document change processes.
• Communicate with the manager about compliance issues or if a negative trend is identified.
• Hosting customer audits and regulator inspections for the site.
• Leading internal audits.
• Support reporting and system use/training as needed.
• Process document changes in an efficient and timely manner.
