Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to strengthen our Medical Surgical division. You will manage the QMS, ensure regulatory compliance, and support document control processes while hosting audits and driving continuous improvement.

The role requires a BS with 5 years in QMS or an HS with 8 years in QMS, onsite in Maryland Heights, MO, with potential travel up to 10% and relocation assistance possible.

Qualifications

• BS in science and 5+ years in quality management systems (QMS) or equivalent regulated environment.
• Or HS diploma plus 8+ years in QMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage QMS elements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Lead internal audits and host customer audits/regulator inspections.
• Support document control and change processes, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Communicate compliance issues to management and address negative trends.
