Job summary

Qnity in Chesterfield, MO is looking for a Quality Manager to oversee the implementation and improvement of the Quality Management System. The role involves maintaining site metrics and ensuring compliance with quality standards like ISO 9001.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience managing a QMS and possess strong communication skills. They will also coordinate QMS audits and lead investigations into quality non-conformances.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years' experience managing a QMS certified to ISO 9001:2015.
• Lead or Internal Auditor certification for ISO 9001:2015 desired.
• Leadership and project management skills to drive improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site metrics and communicate with leaders on quality performance.
• Coordinate and participate in QMS audits by Certification Bodies.
• Lead investigations on internal and 3rd party Non-Conformances.

Skills

Proficient knowledge of ISO 9001

Good communication skills

Attention to detail

Experience performing Internal Audits

Experience with CAPA systems

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field
