Helander Metal Spinning Company is looking for a Quality Systems & Documentation Coordinator to manage quality documentation, controlled records, and customer-facing quality deliverables within an AS9100D quality system, while providing hands‑on inspection backup when the team needs it. You'll own inspection reports, dimensional reports, FAI packages, and certificates of conformance, review travelers against customer prints and current standards, and keep Helander's document‑control system running cleanly. This isn't a purely administrative role — you'll also pick up mechanical gaging work when the inspection team needs backup coverage. If you're organized, comfortable owning a document‑control process end to end, and want real exposure to AS9100D quality systems in an aerospace manufacturing environment, this is a solid fit.

Pay: $35–$45/hr, commensurate with experience and demonstrated documentation‑control, inspection, and organizational capability. Final level and pay are based on demonstrated competency, not tenure.
Schedule: Day shift, on‑site.
