You'll interpret drawings and GD&T, support AS9102 First Article Inspection, and initiate nonconformance reports when something's off. Helander has a defined inspector ladder — Inspector II, Inspector III, and Senior Inspector/CMM Programmer — so there's a real path forward if you want to grow into CMM programming or a more senior inspection role. Pay: $28–$35/hr, commensurate with demonstrated inspection capability. Final level and pay are based on demonstrated competency, not tenure.
Schedule: Day shift, on-site.

This role is based at Helander's CNC machining facility at 1393 W. Jeffrey Dr., Addison, IL 60101.
