Keurig Dr Pepper seeks a Quality Manager - Quality Systems & Standards to lead the quality information and controlled documents across coffee manufacturing operations. You will partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, R&D and Supply Chain to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.

You will manage document control activities, develop dashboards and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in quality systems, while supporting audits and data-driven decision

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Systems, QA, Food Safety, Document Control, or Regulatory Compliance in food or beverage manufacturing.
• Experience managing document control and quality management systems.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GFSI, GMPs, and FDA regulations.
• Experience creating dashboards and reporting with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Proven analytical, project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership abilities.

Aufgaben

• Manage customer, supplier, regulatory, and internal quality information requests with timely responses.
• Lead document control activities for quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Oversee quality information requests, leveraging system expertise and improving response accuracy and efficiency.
• Run monthly document control user forums to update processes and verify training compliance.
• Drive and improve electronic Quality Management and Document Management Systems.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards to monitor system effectiveness and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate document control requirements and performance.
• Support audits through effective document and record management.
• Analyze system performance data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives on standardization, automation, and data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, GFSI, FDA, and customer specifications.
• Develop and nurture Quality Systems and Document Control stakeholders and culture.
