Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Burlington, MA is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality systems and documents across manufacturing operations.

You will partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, R&D and Supply Chain to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards for controlled documents. The role focuses on managing document control, dashboards and KPIs, driving continuous improvement, audits, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen quality information

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Food Science, QA, Engineering, Business, IS).
• 5+ years in Quality Systems, QA, Food Safety, Document Control, or Regulatory within food/bev manufacturing.
• Experience managing document control and quality management systems.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GFSI, GMPs and FDA regulations.
• Experience building dashboards with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Analytical, project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Lead processes, systems, and programs for quality information and controlled documents.
• Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, R&D and Supply Chain teams to ensure compliance.
• Manage customer, supplier, regulatory and internal quality information requests with accuracy.
• Oversee document control activities for policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards to monitor system effectiveness and audit readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement of document management practices and systems.
• Support audits through effective document and record management.
• Lead monthly document control user forums and training compliance.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and improve efficiency.
