Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. seeks a Manager, Regional Technical Services to support our non‑KDP production partners. This remote role covers the Western USA and partners with internal teams to protect our brands and ensure highest quality beverages.

Responsibilities include enforcing standards, training manufacturers, maintaining bottler profiles, analyzing quality data, and leading cross‑functional projects for new product starts and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering, or related field from accredited university.
• Five years of experience in the carbonated beverage manufacturing industry, preferably in quality, production or process engineering.
• Five years of intermediate level experience using MS Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
• 50-75% travel is expected with this position.

Responsibilities

• Enforcing and maintaining standards and guidelines with KDP manufacturing partners.
• Training manufacturers on proper quality expectations, production guidelines and SOPs.
• Maintaining complete manufacturer profiles critical to KDP.
• Analyzing data on quality, consumer complaints, and product trade age to identify issues.
• Investigating all out-of-standard issues and coordinating corrective actions with manufacturers.
• Collaborating with Marketing, Graphics, Packaging, and Product Development for launches and marketing initiatives.
• Ensuring timely market launches within quality guidelines.
• Providing value-added services to bottlers and leading cross-functional teams for onboarding copackers and bottlers.
• Delivering information and subject matter expertise to improve product quality.
