Job summary

tk accelis Materials Plus is seeking a Quality Systems Coordinator to drive our QMS, support audits, and resolve quality issues while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver top‑quality products and services.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in quality systems in manufacturing, ISO 9001/AS9100 experience, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and safety in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in quality systems, quality assurance, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100/AS9120 quality standards.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
• Experience managing customer quality concerns, complaints, or returns.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct internal quality audits and assist with customer, registrar, and compliance audits.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer quality concerns, complaints, and returns.
• Investigate customer and vendor returns, perform root cause analysis, and communicate findings and resolutions.
• Lead and support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives.
• Track and document quality issues, audit results, and corrective actions.
• Support Lean and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain visual management boards and quality documentation.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve product quality, processes, and customer satisfaction.
• Promote a culture of quality, safety, and operational excellence.
• Work safely in a warehouse environment while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (post‑secondary education preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality systems, quality assurance, or a manufacturing environment
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100/AS9120 quality standards
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes
• Experience managing customer quality concerns, complaints, or returns
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong commitment to workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Internal Auditor Certification
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Customer‑facing quality experience
• Manufacturing, metals, or aerospace industry experience

Hiring Range

$50,000 - $60,000 annually, based on qualifications, experience, certifications, and overall fit for the role
