Job summary

Prysmian USA is seeking a Quality Engineering leader for our Lincoln plant. You will design and run QA programs, direct testing across processes, and ensure conformance to ISO 9001 standards while strengthening customer and accreditation relationships.

You will hire and guide QA staff, manage the QMS, and coordinate with customers and inspection bodies. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential for CI initiatives and rapid problem solving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in quality engineering within manufacturing.
• Six Sigma and/or ASQ certifications preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing QA techniques and Lean Six Sigma tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and run Quality Assurance programs and CI initiatives.
• Direct all required testing across processes and verify conformance.
• Own the Quality Management System and prepare for external audits.
• Interface with customers and inspection bodies during visits and audits.
• Investigate field nonconformances and implement corrective actions.
• Provide actionable analytics and reporting to support plant decisions.
