Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a QA Systems Coordinator to manage document control, data entry, and compliance tasks. You will support quality reviews, audits, and regulatory documentation, ensuring accurate records and safe operations. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with Excel and Word in a fast-paced environment.

In this position, you will assist with SQF-related documentation and maintain data across customer forms and portals while upholding GMPs and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Input document data into standard registers accurately and up to date.
• Generate document control reports as needed.
• Scan documents and prepare Word/Excel files as required.
• Support management in quality reviews and audits.
• Assist in maintaining SQF documentation and regulatory files.
• Maintain regulatory data on customer forms, portals, and websites.
• Adhere to GMPs, safety rules and work procedures.
• Identify and address food safety hazards or quality threats; escalate when needed.
