Job summary

MSI Express, Inc. is seeking a Document Control Specialist to oversee the receipt, organization, maintenance, and retrieval of all quality documents within the facility. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with SQF standards and providing leadership in plant operations.

The ideal candidate must be HACCP certified and have relevant manufacturing experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required, along with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• HACCP Certified.
• SQF Experience.
• Basic lab experience.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Proven ability to follow written directions.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain quality system documentation.
• Prepare for customer and government regulatory audits.
• Develop and maintain SQF documentation.
• Conduct FSQ and related training as required.
• Maintain document master list and master files.

Skills

Ability to read and write effectively in Spanish

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules

Ability to work with minimal supervision
