Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associates preferred.
• Experience with quality systems or coursework in QMS is a plus.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 concepts is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with QMS internal audits and document control activities.
• Support audit scheduling, tracking, and corrective actions.
• Maintain QMS documents in PLEX and ensure proper version control.
• Monitor customer scorecards and CSRs; report findings to QA lead.
