Job summary

Hanson Professional Services Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to promote compliance with CQAP and QMS, support audits, and drive continuous improvement across projects. You will collaborate with project teams and leadership to ensure quality documentation, reviews, and adherence to client expectations.

The role emphasizes training, record-keeping, and applying quality procedures, with a focus on fostering a culture of quality and accountability within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Professional experience in quality assurance, quality management systems, engineering operations, or related field.
• Experience administering processes, procedures, or compliance programs in a professional services environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of the CQAP and QMS.
• Assist in administration of quality manuals, procedures, QAPPs, and related documentation.
• Ensure quality-related records are maintained per established procedures.
• Support updates to quality program documents and processes.
• Help staff understand and apply CQAP requirements across projects.
