Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree or vocational training in quality, engineering, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience or coursework in Quality Management (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, audits) preferred.
• Ability to document, track, and close open issues and apply corrective actions to improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with IATF 16949/ISO compliance and document alignment.
• Format, upload, archive, and maintain QMS documents in PLEX.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and track corrective actions.
• Maintain auditor qualification tracking and annual audit schedules.
• Report on customer scorecards and quality metrics.
