Job summary

LHH is partnering with a client to hire a hands-on QA/QC Engineer to drive quality across field operations, warehouses, and shop environments. This role will strengthen the Quality Management System (QMS), conduct audits, identify process gaps, manage non-conformances, and help frontline teams take ownership of quality.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Experience with QMS, audits, NCRs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality environment preferred.
• Oilfield services, manufacturing, maintenance, or field operations experience.
• Strong communication skills to coach frontline teams and gain buy-in.
• Willingness to travel 25%–75%.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality across field operations, warehouses, and shop environments.
• Strengthen the Quality Management System (QMS) and conduct audits.
• Identify process gaps and manage non-conformances (NCRs).
