Job summary

Supermicro in San Jose, CA seeks a Quality System Analyst to support and improve its Integrated Management System (IMS), including QMS, EMS, ISMS, and related processes. You will audit, document, and drive continual improvement while aligning with ISO standards and customer requirements.

The role partners with cross-functional teams, supporting certifications, document control, and corrective actions. Travel domestically and internationally may be required as processes mature.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years in supporting Quality, Environmental, ISMS, or other management systems in manufacturing/high-tech.
• Experience with QMS/EMS/ISMS activities including audits, document control, corrective actions.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, AS9100, or IATF 16949.
• Internal Auditor certification preferred; Lead Auditor an advantage.
• Proficient with CAPA, RCA, FMEA, risk assessment, KPIs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; cross-functional work.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Support IMS implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement across QMS/EMS/ISMS.
• Plan, conduct, document, and follow up on internal audits with corrective actions.
• Develop, review, and maintain QPs, WIPs, SOPs, and other IMS docs.
• Review and process document change requests per control requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and support corrective/preventive actions.
• Assist in external audits and certification activities.
• Provide training on IMS requirements and best practices.
