Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Quality Management Systems Manager to lead the development, maintenance, and improvement of the global QMS, EMS, and ISM. You will coordinate audits, prepare metrics, and ensure compliance across ISO standards and industry requirements.

The role requires directing company-wide quality initiatives, providing SME guidance on CAPA, audits, and process reviews, and training teams. Travel 10–20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in General Business, Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in quality/compliance; at least 5 years directing Q/MS systems.
• Experience developing and managing QMS, EMS, ISMS in manufacturing/electronics/medical.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 27001, AS9100.
• Ability to influence across departments and with customers/suppliers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong leadership and planning.
• Experience with risk assessment and KPI monitoring.
• Willingness to travel 10-20%, domestic/international.

Responsibilities

• Support application, maintenance, and improvement of quality systems and dept processes.
• Coordinate external audits with Notified Bodies and regulators; respond to findings.
• Prepare performance reports for QMS, EMS, ISM metrics.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards requirements and processes.
• Serve as owner and SME for QMS, EMS and ISM elements like CAPA and audits.
• Lead or participate in internal audit programs and corrective actions.
• Conduct local/global training on QMS, EMS, ISM elements.
• Execute projects and additional duties as assigned.
