Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Quality System Analyst to support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the company’s Integrated Management System, including QMS, EMS, and ISMS. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop and audit processes, ensure ISO/compliance alignment, and support certifications.

Responsibilities include planning internal audits, maintaining procedures, monitoring KPIs, and guiding corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, quality management, environmental science, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting QMS/EMS/ISMS in manufacturing or high-tech settings.
• Experience with audits, document control, corrective actions, or process improvement.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/13485/14001/27001, AS9100, IATF 16949.
• Internal Auditor cert preferred; Lead Auditor cert advantageous.
• Proficient in quality tools (CAPA, RCA, FMEA) and KPIs; strong analytical/communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support IMS rollout and continual improvement across QMS/EMS/ISMS.
• Plan, conduct, document internal audits and close out corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain QPs, WIPs, SOPs, and IMS docs.
• Manage document changes per control requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Assist in coordinating external audits and certifications.
• Provide IMS training and guidance to stakeholders.
• Identify compliance risks and escalate to leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality, environmental, and compliance issues.
