Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Quality Management Systems Manager to lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of the global QMS, EMS, and ISM in accordance with ISO 9001/13485/14001/27001 and related standards. This role collaborates with multiple teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across manufacturing and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in General Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years in quality/compliance with 5+ years managing Q/EMS.
• Experience developing QMS/EMS/ISMS in manufacturing/electronics/medical devices.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards: 9001, 13485, 14001, 27001, AS9100.
• Influence across departments; excellent communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for implementing and maintaining QMS, EMS, and ISM.
• Coordinate external audits by Notified Bodies and regulators; address findings.
• Prepare performance reports and metrics for QMS, EMS, ISM.
• Ensure processes meet ISO requirements and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead internal audits and CAPA, training, and action closure.
