CACI International Inc. is seeking a Quality Systems Analyst to maintain and improve the QMS, ensuring AS9100/ISO9001 compliance and auditing readiness across internal and supplier processes.

The role focuses on data-driven improvement, KPI development, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product quality and customer satisfaction.

Travel up to 50% is possible; the pay range reflects senior responsibilities within the U.S. manufacturing and aerospace context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Business, Engineering, or related field or 7+ years of relevant experience in quality systems.
• Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001 and audit readiness activities.
• Familiarity with CAPA, nonconformance management, and corrective action processes.
• Experience with document control systems, quality databases, and quality data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analytics tools for developing metrics and KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Develop an effective QMS auditing program supporting compliance and improvements.
• Perform QMS audits based on AS9100, ISO 9001, customer and internal requirements.
• Monitor and track corrective action plans for timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Collect quality data, run root cause investigations, and build leadership reports.
• Analyze quality performance and collaborate on improvement plans.
• Support external audits by managing schedules and readiness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to train staff on SOPs and compliance.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere and cooperativeness with customers and colleagues.
• Perform other duties as necessary or appropriate to the position.
