Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Quality System Support Technician to ensure non-conforming products are stopped in production and not distributed to customers. The role involves routine inspections, equipment calibration, and maintaining QC documents.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED with a preferred associate degree, plus 1 year in Manufacturing and ability to read technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working within the Manufacturing industry or related experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Ability to use a variety of precision measuring tools, including micrometers and calipers.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality inspections throughout production, including in-process and final inspections.
• Perform equipment calibrations and perform workstation audits.
• Create and maintain quality control documents and reports
• Identify and troubleshoot quality issues and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with production team to ensure quality standards are met
• Other tasks assigned by management
