Job summary

Modine in Rockbridge Baths, VA is seeking a Quality System Support Technician on 2nd or 3rd shift to perform routine quality inspections, calibrate equipment, and maintain QC documents.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred), at least 1 year in manufacturing, the ability to read technical drawings, and use of micrometers and calipers; strong MS Office skills and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Manufacturing or related field.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers).
• Knowledge of quality control processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality inspections throughout production (in-process and final).
• Perform equipment calibrations and workstation audits.
• Create and maintain QC documents and reports.
• Identify and troubleshoot quality issues and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with production to ensure quality standards are met.
