Job summary

Modine is seeking a Quality System Support Technician for the 2nd or 3rd shift at our Lexington area facility in Rockbridge Baths, Virginia. You will help ensure that non-conforming products do not continue through production and are not distributed to customers.

You will conduct in-process and final inspections, perform calibrations and workstation audits, and create quality control documents and reports. Collaboration with the production team is essential to maintain quality standards and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, associate degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working within the Manufacturing industry or related experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Ability to use a variety of precision measuring tools, including micrometers and calipers
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality inspections throughout production, including in-process and final inspections.
• Perform equipment calibrations and perform workstation audits.
• Create and maintain quality control documents and reports
• Identify and troubleshoot quality issues and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with production team to ensure quality standards are met
• Other tasks assigned by management
