Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a Quality Support Services Specialist to track non-compliance issues and help develop corrective actions. You will assist with the quality batch release process and may support regulatory inspections.

The role requires high attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication. Work is in Davenport, IA with a Monday–Friday day shift and occasional weekend/holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in regulated industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience following regulated written processes required.
• High attention to detail is required.
• Strong ability to communicate deviations in processes to other team members both written and verbally is required.

As a QSS, Specialist, you will be responsible for tracking non-compliance issues and ensuring the development of appropriate corrective action measures. This position will help perform quality batch release process and may assist with regulatory inspections.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift with a weekend and holiday rotation.
