Job summary

ImpactLife is hiring Client Delivery Representatives in Missouri to deliver blood products to hospital clients and support emergency and restocking deliveries. The role is full-time, 30–39 hours per week, with a 3 pm–10 pm schedule and every other weekend rotation.

Training on alternate shifts may be required. Responsibilities include verifying orders, loading vehicles, safe driving, and maintaining positive interactions with customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have a valid class E driver’s license.
• Must have REAL ID.
• Must be able to operate Blood Center vehicles.
• Physical requirements include sitting for long periods and exertion such as reaching, bending, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for blood product deliveries by verifying orders and loading vehicles for prompt delivery.
• Drive ImpactLife fleet vehicles in a safe manner.
• Interact with customers in a positive, friendly, and customer-focused way.

Our Client Delivery Representatives are responsible for the delivery of life-saving blood products to our hospital clients as well as emergency deliveries and restocking deliveries to other ImpactLife locations.

This is a full-time status working between 30 to 39 hours a week position working 3 pm to 10 pm 4 to 5 days a week with every other weekend rotation. Would require you to train on alternative shifts 1 week.

Client Delivery Responsibilities Include

• Prepare for blood product deliveries by verifying orders and loading vehicles to ensure prompt delivery to customers
• Drive ImpactLife fleet vehicles in a safe manner
• Interact in a positive, friendly, and customer-focused manner with customers

What does it take to change the world?
