ImpactLife is seeking an Inventory Management and Distribution Associate to handle routine and emergency orders, communicate with hospitals, and manage blood product inventory. The role emphasizes accuracy, patient-centered service, and collaboration with hospital staff.

Requirements include a high school diploma and experience in inventory or hospital logistics; strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in blood or pharmaceutical inventory management, hospital customer relations, or logistics is preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of customers and staff (paid and volunteer).
• Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have REAL ID
• Must be able to operate Blood Center vehicles.
• Physical requirements include the ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds.

Our Inventory Management and Distribution (IMD) Associates communicate daily with our partner hospitals regarding blood product inventory and patient needs. Associates document orders and prepare shipments of life-saving blood products for delivery to our hospital clients as well as emergency and restocking deliveries to other ImpactLife locations.

Every two-week rotating schedule:

Wk1 Tu-W 10a-5p Th-F 12p-5p Sat 11a-4p

Wk2 Tu-F 3p-9p Sat 11a-4p

Associate responsibilities can include:
