Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking Client Delivery Representatives to deliver life-saving blood products to hospital partners and to handle emergency and restocking deliveries. This full-time role offers 30–39 hours weekly, Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with on-call Thursday and Saturday 6 a.m.

to 6 a.m.; reporting to the office within 20 minutes of the call is required. You will verify orders, load vehicles, drive our fleet safely, and interact with customers in a positive, professional manner.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and REAL ID.
• Must be able to operate Blood Center vehicles.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to report to office within 20 minutes of receiving the call.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for blood product deliveries by verifying orders and loading vehicles to ensure prompt delivery to customers.
• Drive ImpactLife fleet vehicles in a safe manner.
• Interact in a positive, friendly, and customer-focused manner with customers.

Our Client Delivery Representatives are responsible for the delivery of life-saving blood products to our hospital clients as well as emergency deliveries and restocking deliveries to other ImpactLife locations.
