Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Supervisor, Quality to lead a team of quality professionals at a manufacturing site. You will drive performance against the QMS, mentor direct reports, and coordinate cross-functional improvements to ensure quality objectives are met.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, adherence to QMS/EMS, and development of team members through structured development plans and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality/engineering roles.
• Knowledge of EU MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, 21 CFR 820 guidance and auditing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality team to meet site QMS goals.
• Review engineering change requests, NCRs, and engineering reports.
• Develop team through Individual Development Plans and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System and EMS.
• Drive risk-based process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
