Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation seeks a dynamic Quality Supervisor to lead a team of quality professionals at our manufacturing site. You will drive the QMS, mentor staff, and ensure products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all stages of production.

You will review changes, manage investigations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close CAPA, improve processes, and uphold our commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing quality or quality engineering.
• Knowledge of EU MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and Good Manufacturing Practices (21 CFR 820).
• Experience auditing quality systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of quality professionals to meet site objectives.
• Review engineering change requests, NCRs, and engineering reports.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, EMS, FDA regulations and quality KPIs.
• Drive risk-based process improvements and data-driven root-cause analysis.
