Job summary

You’ll lead the QC team, implement procedures, document results, and coordinate audits, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.

The role demands strong leadership, training abilities, and hands-on experience with QA software, data analysis, and lean/six-sigma practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in quality control/assurance or related role.
• 2+ years in management/leadership roles.
• Proficiency in quality control software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the quality control team, including inspectors and technicians.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, policies, and standards for production processes.
• Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality standards and document outcomes.
• Identify recurring quality issues and collaborate with production to resolve them.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage nonconforming products and coordinate containment actions.
• Create checklists and coordinate inspections with leadership.
• Support continuous improvement projects and SOP development.
