Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the quality team, including inspectors and technicians, ensuring training and development.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards for production.
• Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Document inspection outcomes and prepare reports for management.
• Identify recurring quality issues and collaborate with production to resolve them.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure regulatory and internal requirements.
