Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in an IATF/ISO9000 or similar quality management system.
• Strong leadership and ethical standards.
• Effective communication with operators and staff.
• Forklift license and safe material handling.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Team-based collaboration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Provide staff support as required.
• Prepare weekly reports as requested by the Quality Manager.
• Perform employee evaluations and administer disciplinary actions when needed.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices.
• Monitor attendance and payroll records for department staff.
• Coordinate work assignments and resolve quality findings to keep shipments on schedule.
• Maintain ongoing communication with Supervisors/Managers across the facility.
• Handle other tasks as assigned by the Quality Manager.
