Job summary

VVI Staffing Consultants seeks a Quality Supervisor to manage all aspects of top‑quality products at our facility. We promote stability, innovation, and a family‑like culture. You will supervise the QA team, oversee the inspection lab, and ensure compliance with customer specifications while driving continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes audits, root-cause analysis, SOP development, and SPC monitoring in a manufacturing setting, with competitive pay, bonuses, benefits, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment with quality focus.
• Knowledge of quality systems and standards.
• Experience leading internal/external audits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Quality Assurance Team and oversee the QA workflow.
• Manage the quality inspection lab and ensure lab readiness.
• Ensure compliance to quality standards, procedures, and customer specifications.
• Lead quality audits, internal and external, and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain IATF 16949 Certifications and audit readiness.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify problems and implement corrective actions.
• Write and support work instructions and SOPs for production.
• Perform statistical analysis to monitor SPCs and data trends.
• Manage the inspection process and report quality metrics.
