Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing/engineering context.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO/QS 9001 systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise an Auditor team, including time & attendance, developing skills and responsibilities, coaching, and people‑management tasks.
• Enforce quality requirements and standards for manufacturing products, including inspection areas in production.
• Develop and maintain standard work and schedules for the Auditor team.
• Lead and participate in problem‑solving events responding to non‑conforming material and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Update work instructions, forms, and other documents to maintain the quality system.
• Maintain documentation, non‑conforming material log, and issue tracking for activities including layered process audits, gemba walks, and start‑up or shut‑down checklist reviews.
• Support a 24/7 operation.
• Actively support the improvement of health and safety practices throughout the business.
