Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the quality team on the plant floor, ensuring policy compliance and continuous improvement. You will mentor staff, coordinate lab activities, and drive corrective actions that maintain high standards.

This role requires a bachelor's degree and production experience, strong communication, and knowledge of quality tools. You’ll partner with operations to schedule, document, and improve processes across the factory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in production preferred.
• Experience in machine shop, stamping, assembly, or plastic injection molding is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of quality systems and techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with basic quality tools (SPC, Root Cause, Auditing).
• Ability to understand and use work planning skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate the quality team to monitor floor quality and processes.
• Train, mentor, and assist team members on work instructions and documentation.
• Perform supervisory HR functions including attendance and evaluations.
• Assist in production scheduling, material flow, and equipment maintenance related to quality.
• Monitor quality audits and safety reports and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain relationships within quality and plant teams.
• Assign projects to develop team experience and flexibility.
• Procure resources and expedite as needed.
• Support overall goals with related tasks when required.
• Handle other duties as determined by production needs.
