Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality management systems across the manufacturing plant in Wisconsin. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will drive continuous improvement, internal audits, and supplier development to ensure defect-free products.

You will supervise a team, plan objectives, manage budgets, and collaborate with engineers, technicians, and managers to sustain world-class quality.

Qualifications

• Requires a BS in Engineering and specialized QA training with 5–7 years of quality leadership in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO methodologies and lean concepts with practical application is highly preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and training others in quality principles is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, plan, organize, schedule, coordinate and supervise quality management activities within the plant.
• Provide technical leadership in cross-functional teams and with suppliers.
• Lead audits, document quality policies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
