Milwaukee Tool in West Bend, WI, is seeking a Director of Operations Quality who will lead the quality management system across the plant and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams and suppliers to sustain product quality, execute audits, manage corrective actions, mentor staff in quality tools and Lean practices, and participate in reviews with Plant leadership.

Competenze

• BS in Engineering with QA training and 5–7 years in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of QA systems and Lean practices.
• Experience leading cross-functional quality teams.

Mansioni

• Conceive, plan and supervise quality management areas within the plant.
• Lead cross-functional teams and suppliers on quality improvements.
• Educate and train staff on quality principles.
• Manage direct reports and performance reviews.
• Maintain and improve Quality Systems and audits.
• Plan budgets and capital expenditures for quality initiatives.
• Coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and manufacturing.
• Lead Quality Review Meetings monthly.
